Dylan Colligan / Editorial Director

Dylan manages author-publisher relationships, seeks out and evaluates potential Javelin authors, and provides writing and editing support to manuscripts in development. Several of his Javelin projects have appeared on the New York Times Best Seller list. In the past, Dylan has written for Members of Congress, candidates, industry advocates and thought leaders throughout several years of strategic communications experience. As Director of Writing at a Washington consulting firm, he crafted op-eds, remarks, press releases and other written products for a variety of political and public affairs clients. Prior to that, he wrote speeches and other materials while working in communications for the House of Representatives leadership on Capitol Hill. A native to the DC area, Dylan started his career as a Congressional intern, following undergraduate internships in Washington and London. He holds a degree in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College, where he was an award-winning journalist for the Hampden-Sydney Tiger and was elected to Omicron Delta Kappa. Dylan also studied at the University of St. Andrews and St. Anne’s College, Oxford and is a graduate of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia.
