Tyler Jenkins is a senior studying History and Government at Harvard University. Tyler grew up in West Virginia and advocates for Appalachian issues. He has previously interned in the Office of Senator Shelley Moore Capito, as well as at the data and opinion research firm Echelon Insights. He is member of the Institute of Politics, where he served as head of the Harvard Political Union and reshaped the organization to become the center for political discourse and free debate on campus. At Harvard, Tyler is a research assistant at the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics, and Public Policy, where he is designing a graduate-level course on the future of technology policy in the age of innovation.
