Dylan has written for Members of Congress, candidates, industry advocates and thought leaders throughout several years of strategic communications experience both on and off Capitol Hill. He most recently wrote for a variety of political and public affairs clients as Director of Writing at FP1 Strategies, a Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm. Prior to that, he served in Congressional leadership as Deputy Press Secretary for the Republican Conference in the House of Representatives. A native Virginian, Dylan arrived on Capitol Hill as an intern for Representative Rob Wittman following undergraduate internships in Washington and London. He holds a degree in political science from Hampden-Sydney College, where he was an award-winning journalist for the Hampden-Sydney Tiger and was elected to Omicron Delta Kappa. Dylan also studied at the University of St. Andrews and St. Anne’s College, Oxford and is a graduate of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia.
