Javelin is a PR, literary, and creative firm located in Old Town, Alexandria, just outside the nation’s capital and steps away from the Potomac waterfront. Our team of agents, communicators, and digital experts have served U.S. Presidents, Cabinet officials, Fortune 100 CEOs, media figures, members of Congress, and New York Times-bestselling authors.

We are looking for a staff assistant to work with the team on day-to-day projects and manage the day-to-day operations of our office. It is a front row seat to one of the fastest growing and most exciting companies in the D.C. area, and a chance to work closely with executives and employees in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Possibilities open to rapid elevation to become Director of Operations or Office Manager.


  • Administrative duties

  • Modest experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products and QuickBooks
