Account Manager, Digital

The Account Manager joins the Javelin Digital team as the regional public face for the group. The ideal candidate will have an equal passion for digital products (apps, websites, design, branding, etc), storytelling, and problem solving. The Account Manager will interface with clients, draft proposals, attend and lead meetings, and serve as an evangelist for the Javelin Digital brand. This position will report directly to the Digital VP.

Responsibilities

  • Attend, organize, and lead client meetings.
  • Identify leads and work through the sales funnel.
  • Attend regional events as the public face of Javelin.
  • Manage client relationships including financials.
  • Commit to continuous improvement by staying abreast of happenings in the branding and digital spaces.
  • Support Digital VP and Projects Director with project management tasks.

Needs

  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with digital marketing
  • Experience with Google and Facebook analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to bullshit on myriad topics
